Zoning Bylaw
The City of Langford's Official Community Plan outlines the intended growth for each Designated Area. The Zoning Bylaw implements the Official Community Plan through various Zones and is used by Council through the rezoning process to require certain standards for development along with improvements to the Municipality for the increased demand on services. The Land Assembly Site would have a Zone tailor-made for its buildings.
